Terms of Service for AAA Bandit Enterprise LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AAA Bandit Enterprise LLC website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranties: The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or error-free operation.

Liability Limits: AAA Bandit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid for services in the prior 12 months.

Third-Party Content: Links to external sites do not imply endorsement; we are not responsible for third-party content.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice. Upon termination, users must cease Site use and delete downloaded materials.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

Jurisdiction: Disputes are governed by Texas law and resolved in McLennan County courts.

Arbitration: Small claims may proceed in court; otherwise, disputes require binding arbitration under AAA rules.

No Class Actions: Cases must be pursued individually.

8. Changes to Terms

Revisions will be posted with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Site notifications.

10. Severability
